Winslow Arms Apartments is Section  8 Housing for low-income seniors who are  aged 62 years and older.

In order to live at the Winslow Arms Apartments, income must be less than $22,250 for one person and less than $25,400 for two persons.

Residents pay approximately 30 percent of their adjusted income in rent.
